An additional audit was performed in our "Tadirgan Avrupa" site in Turkey, by another "Tier 1" company. The high score we reached enables us to start production for this company on this site as well.

A new Magnesium recycling plant
A new Magnesium recycling plant was installed in Ortal to serve our increased capacity. The new and modern system was supplied by the Rauch Company, Germany.

Quality Standards Upgrade!
Ortal Diecasting has successfully upgraded its Quality Standards to ISO9001: 2008 and ISO/TS 16949: 2009

Draexlmeir "Preferred Supplier" 2009
Ortal was nominated by the Draexlmeir Company to the status of a "Preferred Supplier" 2009.

IMA 1st Place Award
Ortal was awarded the IMA 1st Place in the Design-Cast Product-Automotive category, at the 2009 Excellence Competition. The award recognizes the outstanding example of magnesium products and manufacturing technologies in the Design category.

TG Europe
Our new site in Turkey "TG Europe" has been approved by GM for serial production.

Quality control is a pre-requisite and an ongoing process, giving an immediate response to the smallest divergence from specifications. Follow up is done with methodological reports, and advanced CNC measurement and adjustments assuring high-tolerance production. Required changes can be made without delay.

Fully Automatic: XYZ machine (DEA, Global, Italian make), CMM, spectrometer, X-ray system, tensiometer, gauges, calipers, micrometers, Diatest Guage and more.
