Ortal's manufacturing floor utilizes the most modern precision Diecasting and Machining technologies to assure the best in quality assembly to very tight tolerances. Whether a short run or mass production, the manufacturing process itself is designed to increase efficiency and reduce time from draft board to packing table. Since everything is done in-house, there is an immediate response to design changes or any variation in manufacturing.

Ortal production lines are equipped with 22 Diecasting machines (20 Frech and 2 Buehler): Magnesium 200 – 840 ton and Zinc 20 – 200 ton.
